I was advised by Doctor to eat less foods that mainly my favourites due to my Hyperthyroid.

Beans (Soya Beans)

 

I need to eat more:

 

Cabbage

Cauliflower

Broccoli

 

 

Laptop

He gave me his laptop since he got laptop frm his office. Senang skit
nak browse kat off. Thank you my dearie hubby.

New Phone

Ni phone baru ganti hphone yg Akil masukkan dlm baldi mop. Abg kasi
hphone 2nd hand after tht tp tiap2 hari kena charge. Since dah blk
raya this time, aku tukar ngan phone baru ni, bukan 2nd hand k.
Tambah lg rm100 on top of rm200, hutang lg rm50. Perplexed? ;)
Kalau dia masukkan dlm air lg, aku tak ralat sgt! Sbnya iphone En.
Hubby pun kena rendam ngan air kopi! Huhuhu....

Nebulizer

Ya Allah, sembuhkanlah sakit anakku ini, sihatkan tubuh badannya,
panjangkan umurnya, murahkan rezekinya dan ampunkan dosa2 ku. Amin.

Admitted

Akil Fatihin was admitted to DSH last week for 5 days (frm 30 Aug to 3
Sep). He got to do nebulizer every 4 hours and phlegm suction started
on 1 Sept onwards. It was a sad view to see him crying when they did
the suction. Thinking of resigning frm work and taking care of him.
Please pray for his recovery and hopefully he gets better and healthy.
