Dosa Mengamalkan Sihir

Got this from al-Fikrah.net

SOALAN: Semakin hari semakin jauh masyarakat kita terpesong daripada
ajaran agama. Bagaimana mengembalikan semula ajaran agama dalam
kehidupan kita? – Anak Melaka sejati, Bandar Melaka.

menyedari natijah buruk akibatnya. Semuanya diketepikan, asalkan

calon diambil sebahagian daripadanya.

Mereka bertindak
supaya orang lain terpukau, rasa gerun kepadanya, rasa takut, rasa
sayang, mengikut telunjuknya, menyakiti orang lain menyebabkan orang
menderita. Suami isteri bergaduh akhirnya bercerai. Larikan anak dara

sebagainya, menyebabkan mangsa menderita, mungkin mati akibat ragutan
geraham anjing liar tadi.

otak, serangan pada hati menyebabkan mangsa was-was, rasa hendak bunuh

Walaupun perlu diingat, bahawa apabila Allah melaknat seseorang,

Wedding Anniversary Present

This Saturday is our 7th Wedding Anniversary. We usually do not have
any major celebrations or big presents. Normal practice, a wish and
sometimes with small presents will do. This time around, hubby bought
me an iphone from my brother. The most expensive wedding anniversary
present i ever received. Thank you darling, going to write him a love
letter and buy him present too!

Bandung

At Bandung, one of the Factory Outlet, I cannot recalled what is the
name of this place. The place is quite beautiful and calming. We went
to Bandung on the first day of puasa this year. Saturday morning depart
and Wednesday evening sampai M'sia. Pergi ramai2, my family - parents,
adik & pina's family except Syafiq and Abang, Cik Yot, Izan & Family,
Cik Timah, Cik Non, Cik Ani, Cik Zizah, Aza n Family, Win. Do I miss
someone? Seronok and fun. Last day aku pegi rumah mode, just imagine a
few hours nak balik. Aku dah macam Amazing Race kat Rumah Mode, nak
kejar masa. I grabbed what I like and some of the clothes I don't have
time to think about it. Bile nak bayar, dlm 1.3 juta rupiah. I didn't
captured a lot of pictures. When we were there, Akil Fatihin was sick,
had fever, coughing and flu. I was so afraid and risau of him. Demam
pun on and off.

I am sure that I want to visit Bandung some other time. This time
around I will go to Rumah Mode first then only I go to Pasar Baru.

Giant's playground

We usually buy our groceries at Giant, we used to buy at Tesco but since Giant is nearer, then it is like our official grocery store. Carrefour is in the making, I don't know whether we will switch that later... and Carrefour is much much nearer to our place. I like whereby Giant has set up this playground to the children and the moving carousels are for free (panggil carousel ke? tak surelah). Please note that sometimes we should be considerate to other people's children. Some parents just ignore that their children has been sitting in the carousel for so long and do not give other children the chance to play with it. Be more consideratelah, i'm doing that to my children, why can't you?

FW: Onion - A MUST READ

I received an email from my colleague on this article. I found it very interesting and will give a try!.

One of the feed back received

I have tried the hollow onion remedy. Peel the onion (large), just the outer layer (or it will leak) and make an egg size cavity and fill with white sugar which will then thaw and absorb the onion's juice. Once the sugar has melted, (takes about 12 hours) drink the cocoction. No smell. My cousin sent it to me earlier and I had flu for 2 days with stuffy nose, aches and pain, headache, fever etc.So I thought why not? After 2 days I felt great, after 4 days the flu was gone, no antibiotics, just panadol. Try it when you next get flu symptoms. Worked for me!

PLEASE READ …..VERY HELPFUL INFO.

ONION

In 1919 when the flu killed 40 million people there was this Doctor that visited the many farmers to see if he could help them combat the flu.

Many of the farmers and their family had contracted it and many died. The doctor came upon this one farmer and to his surprise, everyone was very healthy. When the doctor asked what the farmer was doing that was different the wife replied that she had placed an unpeeled onion in a dish in the rooms of the home, (probably only two rooms back then). The doctor couldn't believe it and asked if he could have one of the onions and place it under the microscope. She gave him one and when he did this, he did find the flu virus in the onion. It obviously absorbed the bacteria, therefore, keeping the family healthy.

Now, I heard this story from my hairdresser in AZ. She said that several years ago many of her employees were coming down with the flu and so were many of her customers. The next year she placed several bowls with onions around in her shop. To her surprise, none of her staff got sick. It must work.. (And no, she is not in the onion business.)

The moral of the story is, buy some onions and place them in bowls around your home. If you work at a desk, place one or two in your office or under your desk or even on top somewhere. Try it and see what happens. We did it last year and we never got the flu.
If this helps you and your loved ones from getting sick, all the better. If you do get the flu, it just might be a mild case..

Now there is a P. S. to this for I sent it to a friend in Oregon who regularly contributes material to me on health issues. She replied with this most interesting experience about onions:

Weldon, thanks for the reminder. I don't know about the farmers story...but, I do know that I contacted pneumonia and needless to say I was very ill...I came across an article that said to cut both ends off an onion put one end on a fork and then place the forked end into an empty jar...placing the jar next to the sick patient at night. It said the onion would be black in the
morning from the germs...sure enough it happened just like that...the onion was a mess and I began to feel better.

Another thing I read in the article was that onions and garlic placed around the room saved many from the black plague years ago. They have powerful antibacterial, antiseptic properties.

This is the other note.

LEFT OVER ONIONS ARE POISONOUS

Onions are a huge magnet for bacteria, especially uncooked
onions. You should never plan to keep a portion of a sliced onion. It's not even safe even if you put it in a zip-lock bag and put it in your refrigerator.

It's already contaminated enough just by being cut open and out for a bit,
that it can be a danger to you (and doubly watch out for those onions you put in your hotdogs at the baseball park!)

If you take the leftover onion and cook it like crazy you'll
probably be okay, but if you slice that leftover onion and put on your sandwich, you're asking for trouble. Both the onions and the moist potato in a potato salad, will attract and grow bacteria faster than any commercial mayonnaise will even begin to break down.

Also,
dogs should never eat onions. Their stomachs cannot metabolize onions. Please remember it is dangerous to cut onions and try to use it to cook the next day, it becomes highly poisonous for even a single night and creates Toxic bacteria which may cause Adverse Stomach infections because of excess Bile secretions and even Food poisoning.

Please pass it on to all you love and care.

Akil Fatihin was admitted

I was rushing to go back and took Akil to see Dr. Uncle. I was late, but i'm not the last person to see the doctor. Arrived 3.35pm, took the GL and went back again to his office. When Dr. checked his temperature, it was 39 degree. He was wheezing and got flu too. Dr. gave him ubat bontot for his fever and told me to admit Akil because he has not recovered for quite a long time. Just imagine, since raya puasa. He got eye infection too.. infected from Alesya. Where Alesya got it? Of course, from the nursery.

Akil got to take X-Ray as Dr. want to see his chest. We went to the room first and then only we went to X-Ray room. When we were there, I got to put on the X-Ray attire, blue colour and quite heavy. I cannot hold his hands and at the same time to control his legs from moving. Since i cannot do it, the staff got to do it for me. I have to wait at the process room. Once done, went back again to the room. Guess what? It was the same room and bed when Akif admitted last time due to his food poisoning. The same bed and the same room. All the single room was not available and it is two bedded room. The last time, we got no neighbour but yesterday we got accompanied. Got to cover line a bitlah since we got to share the same room.

Akil got to do nebulizer every 4 hours, the first nite he was still having a fever, around 38.2 degree. Yesterday, he got to go to physio to suck his phlegm. First session, he did it at 1 o'clock and it was hard for him. Just imagine, a small wayer got into your nose and mouth, sucking all your phlegm. He was crying badly, i really felt pity to him. Btw, i got the eye infection, infected from Akil, mine was bad compared to him. The 2nd session was not so effective, not much phlegm coming out from his nose. Then i thought this whole suction thingy was over, he got to do it for the 3 rd time just now. This one was good, they were able to take out his phlegm and the staff advised me to give him plenty of water and taught me how to do at home (before going to bed and after he wakes up). Got to do another 2 nebulizer before we can be discharged (saturday).

Today is Akil Fatihin 8 Months Old Birthday!

Today is Akil Fatihin 8 Months Old Birthday!  I have forgotten about his immunization-Hepatitis B.  Tomorrow, I’m going to bring him to see Dr. Uncle.  Aduhai, tak baik lagi batuk anak aku ni.. Kesian kat dia…

I got email from baby center weekly for Akil’s development.  I copied and pasted in this blog so that I can remember and read this later.  Most are the info are correct.  My hubby always tell me that what he read in the baby center on our kids development are right and correct.

Hello Azlinda!
8 month old, first week

Many babies are pulling themselves up now, grabbing on to any available piece of furniture and then standing while holding onto it in a wobbly way. Some babies walk as early as eight months, others not until well into their second year. All are still well within the normal range. Most babies work out how to stand up fairly easily on their own. The thing that stumps many of them is sitting back down again! When your little one pulls himself to a stand and then cries for you to sit him back down, don't rush to pick him up. Instead, show him how to bend his knees so his journey back down doesn't end with such a thud.

Say hello, wave goodbye
Your baby is starting to understand what it means when someone leaves his sight, the result of a growing understanding of object permanence. An exciting demonstration of this comes the first time he tries to imitate a goodbye wave by twisting his wrist or flapping his hand. Not all eight-month-olds can wave bye bye, but it's a fun skill to anticipate. Sometimes you'll notice that your baby is waving goodbye long after you've gone. This is a good sign that your baby is processing the idea of saying goodbye and trying it out.

Your 8-month-old's development

Sitting, crawling, and standing

Now that he's eight months old, your baby is probably sitting well without support and may be crawling or moving about by bottom shuffling (scooting around on his posterior using a hand behind him and a foot in front of him to propel himself). He's probably starting to pull himself up to a standing position while holding onto furniture. In fact, if you stand your baby next to the sofa, he'll probably be able to hold himself up, hanging on for dear life and using the furniture for support.

This newfound mobility means that your baby is now entering the land of bumps and falls. These are an inevitable part of childhood, and although your heart may occasionally skip a beat or two, try to enjoy watching your baby explore his surroundings and discover his limits. Restraining your innate desire to protect your child allows him to grow and learn for himself. However, do make every effort to make your home safe for your baby. For example, you should secure fragile objects (so they won't topple) and keep rickety furniture in rooms that don't get much baby traffic.

Using his hands

Your baby may start looking for dropped objects and use his index finger to point at them. He's also good at using his fingers to scoop up a piece of food and hold it with his fist closed, and he's learned to open his hand and fingers at will to drop and throw objects. He's probably beginning to master the pincer grasp, the delicate maneuver that lets him pick up small objects with his thumb and first and second fingers.

Getting more emotional

By now your baby's emotions are becoming more obvious. He may perform tricks, such as throwing a kiss to familiar people, and may repeat his act if applauded. Over the next few months, your child may learn to assess and imitate moods and might show the first stirrings of empathy. For instance, if he sees someone crying, he may start crying, too.

Dealing with separation

At this age, most babies have typically already begun to show the signs of separation anxiety. Your baby may start to be shy or anxious around strangers, especially when tired or irritable, and when you're out of sight and not with him, he'll become upset. Although it's hard to see your baby distressed, it's important to let him experience this. When you leave your baby and return, proving that you always come back, you're helping him develop trust and the ability to form attachments to other people.

When you leave your baby, kiss and hug him and tell him you'll be back. If he's frightened or just falls apart, take the extra time to calm and reassure him. It's hard not to cry when he starts crying, but your breaking down only prolongs the agony. It may help to have someone else he's familiar with (not a new babysitter) there to calm him. If your baby gets anxious about nighttime separations, spend some extra cuddle time reading, snuggling and softly singing together before you put him to bed.

Some babies are good at separation and some aren't - it depends on their temperament. Every child is different, as is the amount of reassurance each needs. If you know your baby needs more calming, don't feel bad about giving it or worry that you're just drawing out the process. You know your child better than anyone else, so follow your instincts.

Exploring objects

Most babies now explore objects by shaking them, banging them, dropping them and throwing them before falling back on the tried-and-true method of gumming them. The idea that you do something to an object is beginning to emerge, so an activity centre with lots of things your baby can bang, poke, twist, squeeze, shake, drop and open will fascinate him.

At this stage, babies like to see things fall down, get picked up (by you, of course) and then get thrown down again. Your baby isn't trying to goad you with this cycle; he just finds the spectacle interesting, and naturally wants to see it again and again.

Your baby now understands how objects relate to one another, too. For example, he realises that smaller things fit inside bigger ones. He'll easily find something you hide, and he'll point or look at the correct picture when an object is named. And over the next few months, he'll start to use objects for their intended functions - brushing his hair, drinking from a cup and babbling on his play phone.

Improving vision

Your baby's vision is now almost adult-like in its clarity and depth perception. Though his short-range sight is still better than his long-range sight, his vision is good enough to recognise people and objects across a room.

Is my baby developing normally?

Remember, each baby is unique and meets physical milestones at his or her own pace. These skills are simply a guide to what your baby has the potential to accomplish - if not right now, then shortly.

If your baby was born prematurely, you'll probably find that it will be a little while before he can do the same things as other children his age. Don't worry, most doctors assess a premature child's development from the time he should have been born and evaluate his skills accordingly.

Apple Puree

Everyday, I make Akil's porridge and puree. Usually, I make Apple puree and porridge with carrot, potato and vege-broccoli or bayam. I also provide blend anchovies for the porridge. I wake up at 6 sth am and make the porridge. I don't have enough time sometimes especially when i wake up at 6.30 am. For me, it is good to prepare your own food. I do buy Heinz puree and juice but not so often. I hope I can do this until he is a year or so.

MRI & X-Ray, Mothercare, Sterilize

We got to see the doctor around 1 sth p.m. When we registered, he was patients no.23. It was around 10 am and that time was no. 7 patient. Hubby was so hungry and we went down to cafe. Cost us about RM14.10 for Beehoon Goreng, Kuey teow Goreng, One Pau & White Coffee. Yeah, it is expensive. Having a meal - breakfast at KLCC is cheaper than having it at SDMC. Even though SDMC price is considered expensive, the foods are edible, tasty. According to the doctor, hubby got to do MRI. I want to be there with him when he do the MRI thingy, at the same time I have loads of work to do in the office. Lets see how..

After the appointment, we went to Subang Parade. As usual, I headed to Mothercare. I noticed that they offer more discount - up to 70% in SP outlet. When I went to KLCC Mothercare last Friday, they offered only a few items with 70% and 50%. My advice, go to SP outlet and you will find more clothes with discounts up to 70%. I forgot to buy the MAM teats last friday and missed the additional 10% as I bought it today. Last friday, I bought a baby carrier and a set of pajamas for Akil and socks for Alesya n Akif. Bought also same pajamas for Adik n additional socks for Pina. Cost me around RM300 plus. Today, I have reserved 2 jeans, 1 skirt and 1 t-shirt at Mothercare SP. Yeah, i forgot to bring purse, got to reserve the items. Thinking of going there again tomorrow.

I'm lazy to sterilize all Akil's bottles. Just finished sterilizing all his bottles, plenty of it. I'm still breastfeeding and pump in the office. I bring 4 bottles a day to the office and usually I get 8oz in the morning and 6oz in the afternoon. Since he starts eating purees and porridges, he only consume 3 bottles per day (4oz each). I make sure i breastfeed him before and after i send him to nursery. I do not have enough stock. Should have pump frequently but sometimes when i'm busy at work, I tend to skip the pumping session. Shouldn't have done that.

I'm in the hospital

I'm in the hospital now, taking my hubby to Orthopeadic doctor in SDMC. He got his backache yesterday morning when he tried to lift Alesya up. I think this time around, his backache is quite severe. He cannot bend and when he sit, he will get hard time to get up. Really pity him. At one point, he was crawling. He got his backache since 2007, was referred to DSH. Got his XRay done, got his Endoscopic done, Physio only for two times. He took it lightly too until yesterday. He must take it seriously this time, I will make sure he will. Hopefully, he is ok. Pray to Allah that everything will be ok. Insyaallah, amin.

What is happening to me?

I'm fell in love with this Gucci Boston Heart Limited Edition Bag. I like the ribbon, the hearts and the bronze colour handle. I am so want to own this bag. Oh no, what is happening to me? I think i'm gonna grab this bag, no matter how. I have to start saving from now onwards. I have to call K Syiken to buy this bag and pay her later once she's back. In Europe, they sell it cheaper than in here. When i compare my Gucci Ladies Web Hobo bag here and Europe, I save around RM1K. Just imagine! I've gone crazy again...

Visit to Dr. Uncle

Last Thursday, I took half a day leave to bring Akil to see Dr. Musa. Akif called him Dr. Uncle, probably because of his grey hair. We went together with Papa, he works nite shift. He said, Akil ok but still kena nebulizer tu. He asked us to continue with the Serenide, this one as a preventor, cannot stop. Continue with Ventolin too, stop when he has recovered. He gave Axcel, Diphenhydramine Expectorant, ubat batuk. Can give Zyrtex kalau dia ada flu... Lupa pulak nak mintak flixonase, nasal spray. Must remember all this.

One of the factors that contribute for his non recovery is his nursery. On the same day, when i took him at the nursery, he was a bit messy. Ada hitam kat mulut dia, ngan habuk and rambut kat baju.. When i said, kenapa comot ni, then dia replied, oh, Akil dah nak meniarap, habis barang dia selongkar.. Yelah, nape biarkan budak tu merayap kan, lagi satu bilik tu dorang tak sapu n mop, thats why Akil tak baik2. Thinking of sending him to other nursery. Mana nak cari a good nursery kat KD?

Mari makan Dragon Fruit

Mari makan Dragon Fruit. Mula2 Akif pegang buah Dragon Fruit tu, pastu dia suruh Nenek potong. As usual, Akif bile tgk colour dia jer, terus pas kat Alesya. Alesya makan sikit and pass to Damia pulak. Last2, Damia yg makan, ngan ayam goreng sekali.

These pictures was taken on Sunday, getting prepared to go back to KL after a week of Hari Raya. Cik Pin and Damia tumpang sekaki. Kat sofa tu bag LV multicolour dia, cantik gilos... satu hari aku nak dtg rumah dia n curi bag dia tu. Hahahahaha... Lepas Auntie Aloyah datang satu family, dlm pukul 3 lebih barulah berangkat pulang. Sempatlah tidur sekejap.

Happy Girl

Me and Orange

Gaya seorg model. I will not encourage that!

Alesya is a happy girl. She always in a good mood, I can say most of the time. She wakes up with a smile early morning even though that nite she sleep late. There is a time when she show temper tantrums but still manageable. Every time I take her from Nursery, she gets excited and run towards me, of course with her happy faces. Well, this is why Nenek and Auntie Ha likes her. She also good in talking. I'll smile when she say something. Nenek pun cakap, Alesya ni pandai cakap. That time, she was 2 years old. Now, she likes to shout at Akil's face, geram agaknya. She likes to sing too. Tak kiralah selawat ke, nursery rhymes ke.. or she will create her own lyrics on specific song. Sekarang ni dah pandai pilih and tgk baju kat online shopping.. Usually, I go browsing at Little Closet, and she sit beside me and chose what she wants. She can't wait to go to preschool next year. She got her pink Mickey Mouse bag ready. Hubby said, 'nanti kalau dia dah masuk kelas, takut dia boring pulak'. Just wait and see..

Gucci Canvas Ladies Web Hobo

My first designer bag that i paid on my own. Installments you! Kalau beli cash, mmg tak dptlah, kalau guna credit card, I will not dare! This bag was meant for someone else. My sister bought this for her friend and her friend decided not to take this bag, then she proposed to me whether i'm interested to buy this from her. I did not think much, with a few conditions, I accepted it.

Pa Ma Pi

Yes, he can say Pa, Ma, Pi, Uu... This picture was taken during Akif's quarantine. He was 5 mths and 4 weeks. Baru balik dari raya seminggu. Now he is 7 mths old and batuk dia tak baik lagi. Asyik tak sempat jer call ING and Dr. nak buat appointment. Akil dah nak mula merangkak and dia dah tumbuh gigi. Yeay, gigi kat bawah, baru tumbuh 1 setengah. He can do push up. Ari tu, I bring laptop and put on the bed. Mata dia terus bulat and pergi kat where i put the laptop. Bila dah sampai, dia nak pegang and tekan keypad ni. Then, I move to the other side, dia pun pergi lagi. Its funny to see him so eager to reach the laptop. Btw, why dia call laptop? Aku dah cuba letak kat my lap, panas siot. They shd call it hot laptop.

Louis Vuitton -Monogram Canvas (Galliera PM)

Bag LV aku

LV - Mahina

Seumur hidup aku, aku tak sangka yang aku dpt pakai bag Louis Vuitton ni. Almaklumlah, tak mampu ko... bonus pun haprak pun takde ada hati nak pakai, sudahlah. Tapi, mungkin rezeki aku tahun ni.. Bukan aku beli ok, sepupu aku yg kaya raya tu kasi. Initially dia nak kasi kat adik aku Cik Pin, tapi ntah mcmana aura aku kuat agaknya, aku pun dptler... Adik aku dpt yg lain, lagi best. Ya, adik2 aku tu dua2 lagi beruntung daripada aku. They have quite a number of designer's bags.

Aku sebenar-benarnya berkenan bag lain. Bag kat atas tu, LV Mahina. Tapi mahal nak mampos, Euro 1,800.00. Kalau K Syiken belikan aku bag tu, mesti aku tiap2 malam polish bag tu, mesti aku letak bag tu sebelah aku masa aku tidur, tapi aku make sure air liur tak melelehlah kat bag Mahina tu, mesti aku amik cuti satu hari, yelah, nak menatap bag tu sehari suntuk... Ya, aku mmg jakun. First timerlah katakan..

Gambar LV Mahina tu imitation punyer... Aku punye LV Galliera pun byk imitation, jual dlm RM60 pun ada.. Aku sakit jer hati tgk dorang jual murah mcm tu, terguris hati tau. Yelah, walaupun bukan aku yg beli tapi kalau aku takde duit pun, aku tak sanggup nak beli yg imitation ko.. Lebih baik aku main duit kutu, kumpul setahun beli yg ori.. Wahai org2 kg, aku tulis ni bukan niat utk berlagak ya, cuma aku nak share my joy, excitement and happiness getting this bag. Manalah tau dia terbaca blog aku ni, terbukak pulak dia nak belikan aku lagi satu bag.. Ni aku mimpi jap, sebab aku tau dia tak kan baca blog aku ni..Thanks a lot to my lovely cousin..

Semenjak aku dpt bag ni, aku berazam utk habiskan duit aku utk beli satu bag LV. Ni pakai duit aku sendiri.. kalau ada rezekilah, ni aku mcm2 nak beli. Nak beli bag cole hanlah, nak beli coachlah, nak beli marc jacobslah, ko ni apa nak jadi hah? Tu laki ko asyik bising jer.. duit gaji asyik tak cukup jer...

* Aku rasa aku kena amik gambar macam model LV ni ler.. Satu tangan pegang angin, lagi satu pegang bag. Kaki yg panjang tu aku cuba pakai kerusi..*

Nasihat aku, kalau korang mampu, belilah, aku sokong. Rasa pakai bag mahal - walaupun ko bukan org yg confident, kalau pakai bag mahal, mesti ko rasa confident in yourself, you feel good about yourself and you are pleased when people look at you tapi korang jangan berlagak pulak. Tuhan tak suka tau. Lagi satu nasihat aku, jgn memandai2 pakai kad gores tu, karang overlimit and tak terbayar kang sape susah.. ko jugak!

motosikal

Ya, aku naik motosikal pagi td. of courselah, laki aku yg bawak. Laki? Kasar tak kalau cakap laki ni? Cakap abg sayanglah. Actually, hari ni aku suruh abg sayang service kereta since dia tak keje. So, after we sent the kids, i told him to send me by bike, senang, lgpun nak cepat sampai ofis. Kalau aku cepat sampai, cepatlah aku blk. Kesian budak2 tu, asyik jadi penutup tirai je. Aku takut ok naik motor, berdoa sepanjang jln. The last time aku naik motor masa dia baru beli motor which was early last year. Masa tu lagi takut, aku dah mcm org jakun. This time around, ok skit tapi bile sampai ofis je aku pening. Pastu masa naik motor tu sakit pinggang and telan bau asap jer. Aku mmg respect wives yg naik motor somemore yg pregnant. Mmg mencabar. Kalau hari hujan, kesejukkanlah.

Lebatnya hujan tadi petang, abang sayang amik aku kat ofis, igtkan boleh sampai awal, sampai lambat jugak. Hari ni kena overtime. Mengeluh lagilah aku ni.. Kali ni abang sayang baru tau and really kesian kat anak2 sebab tinggal dorang jer kat nursery tu. I hope he will be a bit concern and understand when i ask him to rush early morning.

Akif's Concert

Akif got to do 2 performances. The first one, hubby could not captured that since he was standing at the back. These pictures were the 2nd performances, Akif was the fisherman.
We arrived at Auditorium Museum Shah Alam on the dot at 2.30 pm, I sent Akif to his teachers first and all the seats were occupied. I have to sit at the stairs while holding Akil Fatihin and Alesya sat beside me and there were no AIR CONs. I had to bear with the backache and warm auditorium. I simply chose to sit in front of the fan but still at the stairs. According to Kak Nik, it was the same thing when they did it last year. Akif was so happy performed on stage. He was excited, jumping happily and I can see his smiling faces. He loves doing it. Good job and well done! I think he got acting talents.

Sepetang di Taman

Hubby likes to bring them to taman or take them out for bicycle riding
or kite flying, but not shopping complexes. For me, I like to go to
shopping complexes to cuci mata, shopping or window shopping. Its
contradict to me but I do not mind taking them to taman once a while.
Cuma what I don't like is because Akil Fatihin is still small, agak
lecehlahkan, nak breastfeed. Kalau selak baju seganlah pulak, karang
ada pulak yg jatuh sungai tgk aku. I prefer spending my time doing the
never ending house chores. Itupun kain baju selalu tak putus2, tak
larat nak lipat kadang2.

Mandi Beramai-ramai

Everytime K Syiken balik, we will visit her at the hotel. Macam biasa
mandi kat swimming pool ler. I got a chance to berendam too, Akil
Fatihin was sleeping at that moment. Mummy pun yabedabedu.. boleh
mandi. Just look at Alesya's feet, pucat.

Btw, lelaki yang pakai baju putih, yang handsome2 and macam cina tu Bapak aku. Aku tak mcm cina pun, muka melayu.

Interesting Fact

I got this from Baby Center.  I shall recommend mothers out there to surf this website, many useful facts and info you want to know about your babies.

Fun facts for your 5-year-old by Catherine Rauch

Five-year-olds seem to have an unquenchable thirst for knowledge. Not only that, but kids this age also get a kick out of knowing something that others don't. Read on for fun facts to amaze and amuse your child.

Amazing you

·         In your whole life, your mouth will make about 10,000 gallons of spit. That's enough to fill a giant swimming pool.

·         Babies have more bones than grown-ups. You’re born with about 300 bones, but when you’re grown up you end up with around 260. What happens? As you get older some of your small bones grow together into big ones.

·         Every person on earth has a different fingerprint. We all have different tongue prints, too.

Big and Small

·         The smallest insects of the world are called fairyflies, a kind of wasp. Fairyflies are as thin as a thread. They aren’t strong enough to fly well, so mostly let wind carry them from place to place.

·         The biggest insect on earth is the giant walking stick, which can grow to about 13 inches long. That's about as long as a chopstick.

·         Termites make the biggest insect nests of the world. A termite nest found in Australia was as large as a house.  Another nest found in Africa was a tall as a building.

Animal body facts

·         Hippos don’t have to worry about packing sunscreen. Their skin makes a pink slime that blocks the sun.

·         Crocodile mommies never have to teach their babies not to stick their tongue out at other crocodiles. This is because crocodiles can’t stick their tongue out – their tongue is attached to the top of their mouth.

·         Honeybees have hair on their eyes to help keep their eyeballs clean. The hair catches dirt and pollen.

·         Honeybees have hair all over their bodies, like dogs and cats.  Do you think it tickles?

·         Butterflies have about 1,200 eyes. But they're clustered together, so they kind of look like one big eye.

·         Starfish don’t have brains. They feel their way through life just using the senses of touch and taste and smell.

Eating

·         Cows have four stomachs.

·         Pretty much the only thing moles eat is worms, and they eat tons of them.

·         The front teeth of rodents like rats and mice never, ever stop growing. The only reason they don’t get huge is because they get worn down by hard food, like seeds and grains.

·         If you’re skiing in Sweden and get hungry for a Happy Meal, no worries. Sweden has a ski-through McDonald's.

·         A cow needs to drink four gallons of water to make one gallon of milk.

·         A python snake can eat a whole pig in one big gulp.

Getting around

·         Walking catfish can live on land or in water. And they really do walk, but it looks more like wiggling on their tummy.

·         Giraffes probably can’t swim, since no one has ever seen one doing this.

·         Porcupines float in water.

·         Elephants walk on tiptoe.

Hear this

·         If you want to hear the thumpa-thumpa of a shrimp’s heart, put your ear against his head. That’s where his heart is.

·         Most lizards don’t talk at all. Except geckos, who chirp and growl. And iguanas, who make a low hiss.

·         Chameleons make a soft hoot. But this doesn’t come from their mouth. It’s the sound of their body vibrating.

I didn't know that!

·         Take a close look at this sentence: “The quick brown fox jumps over the lazy yellow dog.” It uses every letter in the alphabet.

·         Zebras are actually white, with black stripes.

·         Cats sleep about 16 hours a day.

·         Every zebra on earth has a unique pattern of stripes that no other zebra has.

·         What do a little barnyard chicken and a mighty T-Rex have in common? Scientists studying their bones have discovered they're related, sort of like cousins.

·         Two earthquakes happen every minute somewhere in the world.

Space

·         Comets are space rocks made mostly from ice and dust, just like giant dirty snowballs.

·         Meteorites are rocks from outer space.

·         The sun is a giant ball of exploding fire. It’s so far away it won’t hurt you unless you stay outside too long and get a sunburn, but it makes you warm. People on earth need the sun’s warmth to live comfortably.

·         A galaxy is a huge bunch of stars that hang out near each other.

·         Asteroids are small planets that are very hard to see, even with a giant telescope.

What's that called?

·         We usually call those cute little white cat paws “boots.” But they’re really called gloves.

·         A group of cats is called a clutter or a chowder.

·         A group of wolves is called a pack.

·         Baby eels are called elvers.

·         A group of monkeys is called a band or a troop.

·         A group of lions is called a pride.

·         Baby koalas are called joeys.

·         A group of dogs is called a pack.

·         A group of whales is called a gam or a pod.

·         Baby turtles are called hatchlings.

·         A group of chickens is called a clutch or a brood.

·         Baby seahorses are called colts, just like baby horses that live on land.
